The brand and the certification
Who is behind Mon Deliss?
Mon Deliss is the premium halal charcuterie brand of Chennah Viande, a family business in the meat trade for three generations, based in Corbas, in the Lyon metropolitan area.
Are Mon Deliss products halal?
Yes. The whole Mon Deliss range is certified halal by AVS, and by AVS exclusively.
What is AVS?
AVS is a halal inspection and certification body, founded in 1991 and governed by the French 1901 associations law. Its certification relies on the presence of its inspectors, from slaughter through to the packaging of the products.
How can I recognise an AVS-certified product?
By the AVS logo on the product. It is the check that AVS itself recommends.

Which products does Mon Deliss offer?
The range currently includes 4 products: turkey bacon, turkey carpaccio, smoked turkey fillet and roast turkey fillet. The Beef range is coming soon.
Do Mon Deliss products contain pork?
No. Mon Deliss offers turkey and beef charcuterie, certified halal by AVS.
Are the products gluten-free?
Yes. Our products are made without gluten, and also without GMOs or colourings.
What does “MSM-free” mean?
MSM stands for “mechanically separated meat”: a material obtained by removing, by mechanical means, the meat left on bones or carcasses, which destroys or modifies the structure of the muscle. Our products do not contain any.

Can I order online?
No, the site does not offer online sales.
