Privacy policy

The contact form collects your full name, your email address, the subject and the message. Company and phone number are optional. The date and time of sending are attached to the message.

No other data is collected. The website sets no cookie requiring your consent.

This data is used only to handle your request and to reply to it. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box provided before sending.

It is not used for any marketing purpose without your explicit agreement, and it is neither sold nor passed on.

Messages are received by Chennah Viande and handled by the people in charge of sales enquiries. They pass through the website host and the email service, which act as processors.

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then archived for a maximum of three years from the last contact, in line with the recommendations of the CNIL (the French data protection authority) on marketing.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict your data and to object to its processing, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise them, write to us — through the form or at the address given in the legal notice. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

The contact page shows a map provided by OpenStreetMap. To display it, your browser connects to the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation, which receive your IP address in doing so, as with any web page you visit. The map sets no cookie. The OpenStreetMap Foundation's privacy policy applies to these exchanges.

The website is served over HTTPS. The form is protected against automated submissions and the data sent is not stored in a database on the server: it is sent by email and then handled by the company's email system.
